Does MSCPA benefit from higher bills?

No. As part of a not-for-profit public power entity, higher bills do not benefit the Agency, members or customers in any way. In fact, MSC encourages their members and customers to use their power in an efficient manner in order to keep costs as low as possible. For some energy saving ideas, click here.

Can I set up my utilities through Michigan South Central?

No. MSC supplies power to member communities of Clinton, Coldwater, Hillsdale, Marshall and Union City. If you reside within the service territories of these locations, you may set up utility services through their municipal department.
